Taking full ownership of the e-commerce part of MySecretCase by coordinating and improving all marketing related activities, to run the online business, we are now searching for a proactive digital expert with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate with various teams as Marketing, Social and Operations to manage MSC’s online shop.

Your responsibilities:

You will be directly in charge of the P&L of the entire online platform, building and maintaining a targeted brand offer, with a strong focus on anticipating and meeting the needs of the customers by:

• Define yearly and monthly KPI

• Propose and implement actions to achieve the target

• Constantly measure KPI and improve the daily operations

• Coordinate all the MySecretCase marketing channels: social, newsletter, google, TV advertising, influencer marketing, offline events

• Assure correct stock management

• Deliver accurate onsite and offsite optimization analysis

• Pricing strategy

• Category display management

• Supplier and stock management

About You:

• You have minimum 4 years of significant experience (consulting or similar is a nice to have)

• You know how to manage the e-commerce, or you really want to learn how to do it

• You are highly analytical (you can use Excel in your sleep)

• You love the start-up environment and want to bring in your knowledge and experience to have an impact on a leading growing e-commerce platform

• You have a hands-on and “yes we can” attitude!
